Kit Digital: Program for the digital transformation of SMEs and freelancers

The objective is to promote the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant improvement at the level of digital maturity through the solutions of digitizing agents.

Beneficiaries

Small companies, micro-enterprises and the self-employed with tax domicile located in Spanish territory that belong to any sector or type of business may be beneficiaries of these aids. Three different beneficiary segments are established:

Segment I: Small businesses with between 10 and 49 employees
Segment II: Small or micro enterprises with between 3 and less than 10 employees
Segment III: Small or micro enterprises with between 0 and less than 3 employees

Concepts eligible for help

The actions incurred by the beneficiary for the adoption of digitization solutions that correspond to any of the following categories will be eligible:

Website and Basic Internet Presence
E-commerce
Social Media Management
Client Management
Business Intelligence and analytics
Virtual Office Services
Process Management
Electronic invoicing
Secure communications
Cybersecurity
Advanced Internet presence
Marketplace

The replacement of one of the digitisation solutions previously adopted by the beneficiary may also be supported, provided that the solution to be replaced does not meet one of the requirements for each category of solution.

Data helps

The amount of aid shall be a maximum of:

12,000 euros for Segment I companies
6,000 euros for Segment II
2,000 for Segment III

Application Deadline

First segment of companies (between 10 and 49 workers): from March 15, 2022 to September 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
Second segment (between 3 and less than 10 workers): from September 2, 2022 to September 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
Third segment (between 0 and less than 3 workers): from October 20, 2022 to October 20, 2023.
